Art exhibition: Wonder Wander - group exhibition
-
Where: Basil Sellers Exhibition Centre, corner Vulcan Street and Murray Street, Moruya
Opening hours: Monday to Saturday, 10am – 4pm. Access from Murray Street after 12.30pm on Saturdays.
Inspired by daily walks, road trips, and moments of stillness, Wonder Wander brings together a vibrant collection of drawings, paintings, ceramics, and prints that reflect a deep curiosity and appreciation for the world we inhabit.
Through playful, thoughtful, and beautifully crafted works, Wander Wonder encourages us to see the familiar with fresh eyes - to notice the textures of a landscape, the rhythm of a journey, or the poetry in a passing moment. These artworks speak to our shared experiences and the importance of connection, place, and care for the environment.
The exhibiting artists are:
- Barbara McConchie (Kianga)
- Deb Johansen (Tathra)
- Julian Laffan (Braidwood)
- Natalie Bateman (Walbunja-Yuin, Dalmeny / Tasmania)
- Patsy Hely (ACT)
- Waratah Lahy (ACT).
Whether you're a wanderer, a wonderer, or both, this exhibition offers a space to reflect, to be inspired, and to celebrate the beauty in the everyday.
