Life Drawing with Miriam Shilling | Workshop three

Where: Basil Sellers Exhibition Centre, corner of Vulcan and Murray streets, Moruya.
Cost: $65 per workshop
Time: Weekly on Mondays, 5-7pm
Whether you're a beginner or looking to take your drawing to another level, this series of workshops is perfect for anyone interested in exploring the human form through drawing. Miriam Shilling, a local artist known for her unique perspective and technique, will guide you through the fundamentals of life drawing.
Over the series using graphite pencil and charcoal, participants will:
- explore the fundamentals and techniques for accurate proportions
- look at composition to create natural representation of the human body
- draw a new live model each week.
All materials are supplied plus tea / coffee and biscuits. No previous experience required. Participants must be over 16 years.
Workshop three
Using tone to describe the form and texture, participants will learn to bring the drawing to life! Further exploration into charcoal and a variety of paper.
