Art exhibition: Susurrus - River of Art

-

Where: Basil Sellers Exhibition Centre, corner Vulcan Street and Campbell Street, Moruya

Opening hours: Daily, 10am – 4pm

Susurrus - a whisper, a murmur, the soft stir of the season.

(Pronunciation: soo-SUR-uhs)

As spring unfolds, subtle shifts in light, atmosphere and energy signal the start of something new. Nature awakens, days grow longer and a sense of renewal begins to emerge.

This group exhibition invites artists to explore and respond to the many expressions of change. Through diverse approaches and mediums, the works reflect moments of transformation, growth and transition, ranging from the quiet and contemplative to the bold and dynamic.

Drawing inspiration from the rhythms of the natural world and the evolving experiences of everyday life, Susurrus celebrates the beauty of change in all its forms. Visitors are invited to pause, reflect and discover the stories, sensations and possibilities carried on the soft stirrings of spring.
